Jack & Addie | Summer Garden Wedding

Jack and Addie tied the knot in the height of summer 2023. What I loved most about their wedding was how many personal touches there were, from a delicious cake baked by the bride’s cousins to flowers beautifully arranged by the groom’s mother, the influence of both families was felt throughout the big day. Read on to discover the story of their wedding day.

Wedding preparations

Jack and his groomsmen began the wedding preparation with an Usher’s lunch at the Ramsholt Arms, enjoying views of the scenic rolling hills. Meanwhile Addie and her bridesmaids began to get ready for the ceremony together at the beautiful Vale Farm Barns

The happy couple were married at a church next to the home of the bride’s father, with the ceremony performed by a vicar who was a family friend, making it an even more special occassion.

The ceremony was followed by a relaxed reception meal under a marquee, complete with outdoor speeches and perfect summer light.

The day concluded with a bang, as the happy couple joined the guests in a lively evening celebration, I was told the guests were party people and they did not disappoint! The couple kicked off the night with a first dance to Teenage Dirtbag - an epic choice!
